Prusa i3 Printed, Reinforced Frame

I took the original pieces and increased the width from 10mm to 15mm. This allowed me to carve 8 mm shafts throughout the frame. Then I etched M3 hex nut insets for the existing holes and added two M8 hex nut insets at the top of the side shafts. Finally, I created notches for the M8 hex nuts to fit at the ends of the top and bottom rods and the bottoms of the side rods.
