Improved Anet A8 X-Axis Belt Tensioner Shell

I felt that the hole that support the idler screw and the belt tension was very close to the edge of the shell. Mine eventually failed (after a long period of usage).

So before I reprinted it, I added 2mm at the edge of the shell. I hope this will make it last longer.
