Creality CR-10 E3D Volcano Mount Clamp Low Profile

This is a quick (and possibly dirty) remix for a low profile clamp that can be used instead of the one from Hannoc's Creality CR-10 E3D Volcano Mount. I did this because certain fan shrouds might not fit otherwise.
