Arduino Uno Case w/ proto shield and Touchscreen

This is to allow an Arduino Uno to be stacked with an Adafruit 2077 proto shield and an Adiafruit 1947 touch screen.

* A base was printed and it fit. The middle piece has been attempted to be printed but the thing walls prevented it from printing. I've bulked up the walls and will try printing again.

I printed a 2nd time and it worked but not that well. With no means of keeping the three pieces together, I used rubber bands as an interim solution. I've gotten the heights right for this
