OnePlus One SIM Slot tray FIXED

This is a fixed and almost printable release of the OnePlus One SIM Slot tray by atanasovgoran, who made a great design job.
I use the [netfabb service](http://service.netfabb.com/) to fix the normal and mesh problem on the STL file, and add a second model to "up" the object to be able to print (support enabled) the whole face of the slot.
