Spring seat for the "finished" end of a generic 19mm OD, 3.2mm wire diameter, 7mm pitch spring, to see if it will work in a 1996 Rockshox Judy fork.

The coils on the ends of the generic spring are squished together but not ground flat like on the aftermarket medium Kronos spring, which has a 21mm OD and 3.37mm wire diameter.

I hit the generic spring with some white primer without bothering to prep it for paint, beyond wiping it with alcohol. Most current cheaper forks with one long coil
