Prusa i3 MK2 MultiMaterial - Switch PCB Case for Rev 0.4 (new and smaller PCB)

When I installed my MultiMaterial upgrade for the Original Prusa i3 MK2S printer, I accidentally broke the casing for the extruder switch PCB.
