Cyclops Halloween Costume Using iPhone 5

I needed a last minute Halloween costume this year. Came up with this remix of Devin Stawicki's iPhone 5 case at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:85301 with an adapter to attach it to a $3 Harbor Freight Swivel Lens Headlamp found at https://www.harborfreight.com/headlamp-with-swivel-lens-45807.html.
Once printed, insert your iPhone 5 into the case. It's a snug fit. You will then need to remove the bolt that attaches the lamp to the base of the Harbor Freight headlamp assembly. Reassemble with
