Maker Select/Wanhao Duplicator Filament Tension Wedge

Since the stock extruders on these Duplicators/Selects are more or less trash with no adjustable filament tension, I tossed this together. It fits on the extruder assembly sitting under the tension lever and pushing against the steel fan mount. Wedge it in there and you should notice *considerably* more consistent extrusion, especially when printing at high speeds. Cheap and easy.
