rebuild mount for double E3D on vertex 8400
e3d fan can be munted to the front
adjust x-stop by gluing a piece of paper
intented to be printed in ABS for higher stiffness. the geometry should be stiff enough also with PLA (used 30 % infill for ABS and 40 % infill for PLA)
no need for the original aluminum plate with this braket
Use M3 lead screw and nuts or zip ties
