Radiation Shield Fin for SparkFun Weather Stack

This fin is modified from the [Cocito Weather Station](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1564828) it has been scaled to 125% of its size and modified to fit the weather shield, electric imp, and redboard stack [found here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2619599).
