Inventor Flashforge Dreamer metal hot end temperature 260 °C 280 °C

Some 3D printer firmware (CTC, Flashforge Inventor, Creator, Dreamer) will limit extruder printing temperature to 248 °C.
How to deal with it?
Change firmware or change hardware!

To change firmware:

Backdated firmware "dreamer_2.4.20160603" will allow to print with upto 280 °C.
