CR-10 Heavy Duty customisable modular e3D V6 parts improvements

Awesome original design by chito. Just did minor improvements on two parts.
-Changed E3D logo into gears because E3D logo was so hard to slice and print.
-Remixed the track on fan duct. Made it could reach even lower spot. The original design was too high for me even I put it to the lowest spot. I have a larger size nickel plated nozzle (0.4mm, much better than regular size brass version) which needs the fan duct go even lower.


Sorry E3D. I bought the clone v6 and changed your logo into g
