Anet A2 X axis Tensioner and belt clamp for MGN12 rail

This is a heavily modified remix of A2 X axis belt tensioner by kartingted with an added clamp for the belt from the other side of the hot end carrier
It is designed with a slight radius for the tensioner screw for parallel belt level to compensate for the height of the mgn12 rail and carriage modification and to create a parallel level on the back side of the hotend to be able to mount pen holders, laser holder etc on the opposite side of the print head.
