Print with no support and 35% infill.

For the fulcrum insert a nail or piece of coathanger through the holes in the top of the base and center of the arm. Then plug the side of the base with hot glue.

Attach a rubber band through the hole on the lower part of the base and the hole on the end of the arm.

There is a slot in the bucket so you can put a penny vertically in the slot and it will roll on landing. You can also lay a penny flat in the bucket.

Bottle caps also make great ammo!
