Apeman clip frame

adapted the Frame for the apeman 4k camera so camera measurements are 59x41x25mm. Should be similar to sj4000
note to self:
- reduce long side by 1mm on not led side
- reduce height by 1mm
- re position led window
- optimize gopro mount, bit too thik
