This thing allows for real quick and precise adjustment of the Z limit switch.
M4 has step 0.7mm so the nut has 14 ends (step 0.05mm)
The hole in the bottom of a little less than the M4 so the screw is tight. You can put the spring but you reduce the distance adjustment.
