Circuit Playground Lantern Base (Li-Pol)

A little remix of adafruit's base so you can also fit a Li-Pol charger:

The charger can be placed above the battery and below the circuit playground.
The base is now 8mm taller than the original design (23.5mm vs 15.5mm).
Also added a usb port hole for the charger.
