HyperCube X Bushing (mightynozzle Igus design) v2

This is a printed X bushing for the [HyperCube 3D Printer by Tech2C](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1752766).

It uses the [mightynozzle printable bushing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630603) and adds tabs which fit the HyperCube X carriage.

Version 2 changes the resulting STL file so it slices better. Many thanks to Ian Hagon on the [HyperCube Facebook Group](https://www.facebook.com/groups/1871049783171141) for his feedback and testing.
