Remix of e3d v6 sn04 clamp by "moglubalu" made to fit an anet printer and addition of m3 hex nut holders on the rear extruder facing side

This assumes you have a 63mm e3d v6 extruder on your anet a8 and plan to run auto leveling using skynet and the standard anet sn04 sensor.
