Effective spacer thickness is ~0.75mm.
I wanted a very thin insulator/spacer for a ZMR250 rebuild allowing me to place my PDB between the bottom plate and the FC standoffs making for a very compact stack.
Thinned TomBu's design to 0.5mm and added 0.25mm 'standoffs' to each hole. I think the standoffs get squished a little but I was hoping for additional airgap to prevent grime from rubbing away the conformal coating on the underside of the PDB.
Printed at 0.150 in PLA though 0.200 will
