Neopixel Stick Desk Light

Simple adjustable desk light, can be used as a bright light for working/reading, or as a mood lamp. Light is generated by an 8 x Neopixel stick. There will be two bases, one without electronics, and one with electronics and rechargeable power supply, and buttons to control colours

Hardwareand other functions. At the moment we show the base without electronics plugged into an Omega Arduino Dock 2 with Omega Onion 2 plus on-board, a small python script is generating the colours.
