Cold pull multiplexer for Prusa Multimaterial upgrade / MMU

This is a modification of the Prusa Multimaterial Upgrade multiplexer, designed to be used only during a cold pull or with cleaning filament. The single hole at the top has a slight taper, which should allow a friction fit with a bowden tube if desired.
