Rear Leg Splint for Medium Dog

This is a work in progress and is still being tested so there will likely be changes to dimensions and reinforcement.

- Refined proportions and joint angles
- Thickened shell to 4mm and added rear tendon rib for strength
- Velcro strap slots enlarged for 1" velcro
