2 1/4" Circle Ruler

This is a quilting ruler for free-motion quilting. I made this for [my wife, who blogs here](https://smilestooloudly.wordpress.com). She uses it to quilt orange-peels. I'm still not entirely sure what those are, but she seems to like them. This apparently works pretty well for that purpose.

The ruler has a hole in the middle to aid holding in place.
