E3D v6 hot end mount for Anycubic Linear Plus

I was having trouble finding an effector mount for my new E3D v6 hot end on my Anycubic Linear Plus delta printer. The designs I found either didn't fit the hot end when printed (on a calibrated printer) or I just didn't like the design (over complicated/bulky etc).
