Clic Clac - A Baby Rattle (Improved)

I liked the initial design of the Clic Clac, but notice a few areas for what I considered to be improvement.

Now the rod can swivel a full 180 degrees and end up oriented the other way in the tube.

Also, this will allow for the rod to protrude from one end of the tube if the baby can figure it out.

I also made it so the steepest overhang is 45 degrees to allow for easier printing without supports and scaling.
