Rear-facing Camera Bracket for TeckNet C016 Webcam

I modified the base of the C016 webcam to better attach to a monitor. it works *okay* was still pretty wiggly without some mounting tape, but rather than have my work fade into the ether figured i'd upload it just in case.

I took the nut from the Knurling bolt and nut print by akira3dp0 and used it as the threading for the mount, so it works with akiras' bolts.
