This is a clip for my Apple IPad case (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0759BLW6M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to hold my pencil. The pencil has a nice snug fit in the clip. The clip slides onto the case with ease.
