Prusa i3 MK2 Multi Material - Extruder motor mount with increased tilt

I found the existing tilt of the standard prusa multi material extruder motor assembly not sufficient to provide clearence between the ingoing filaments and the outgoing cables of the extruder carriage (especially after I installed the PTFE tube adapters https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2577668, which you can see in the pictures above).
