GEPRC MX3 Sparrow Arm Clip

Clips sized to the arms on the GEPRC Sparrow to protect and hold the motor wires in place when using a 4in1 esc.

Added fusion 360 source files so you can customize the dimensions for any quadcopter arm size using "Modify -> Change Parameters" (variable names should be self explanatory)
