MPSM Threaded Rod De-Wobbler Coupling- Smaller Outer Diameter

This is a remix of the MP Select Mini Threaded Rod De-Wobbler Coupling by USWaterRockets in a smaller diameter, because I only had smaller #04 hose clamps in my toolbox. The #04 clamps have a diameter opening that ranges from 5.6 to 16mm.

The coupled assembly can be built off the printer, since the whole setup will fit through the hole in the bottom of the case (at least on my v2).
