Bibo 2 End caps and fan mount

Here is a replacement for the 2 end caps and fan mount on the bibo 2 touch.
There are two stl's. The first is for the main build and the second is for the second extruder to print the extruder number I or II in a different colour. I used in Simplify3d to print 2 colours.
