100x100mm to 75x75mm Monitor Adapter

This is an adapter plate for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2339097

My monitor uses 75x75mm spaced holes instead of the 100x100mm ones.

I used 3mm press nuts/screws in the outer holes that attach the adapter to the stand and 4mm screws to attach the adapter to the monitor.

Works well!
