Any length 8mm rods should work. Bearings are 15mm outer diameter and 45mm long.
The carriage is designed for a 41.5mm x 41.5mm camera mount, but you can always take the file into meshmixer and scale JUST the mount part up or down. Leave the bearing clamps scaled at 1.0x.
Print in any material with high strength settings. Make sure there's no warping in the end caps or the holes for the rods will be too small.
