Hictop 3DP11 - Y-Axis Belt Attachment

The y belt attachment piece that came with the hictop 3DP-11-ATL continually slipped which resulted in several misprints. So, this is almost an identical replicate of the original part with the exception of the clamp to hold the belt in place. This follows closely to what daGHIZmo did on [their design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:587659) for the Prusa I3.

This part should fit in the exact position as the original without any modifications.
