This is the mount I designed to mount a BLTouch Smart sensor to the Reach3D printer (http://reach3dprinters.com/). You can also mount a radial fan for part cooling. The fan mounting parts were designed with this particular fan in mind (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K49K358) but should work with any fan with similar dimensions.

You do need to superglue the nozzel to the air funnel. (Align the nozzle carefully!)
