'Gimbal' Pi Camera-LEGO-MakerBeam rail mount

As pictured, the purpose for this item was to create a LEGO-based Pi Camera mount that could be attached to a MakerBeam rail.

Adaptor for LEGO brick attaches to small MakerBeam rail (https://www.makerbeam.com/makerbeam/beams/).
