Vixen Dual Sided Dovetail

This is a Vixen style dual rail that I designed with fillets to prevent layer delamination at the sharp corners. I printed this part at 90% infill using carbon pla, I clear coated teh pla and it has held up well but if I were to do it again I would use carbon fiber petg instead. 90% infill is probably overkill, I think 40-60% would be fine. Always test the parts at full load in a saddle before putting any equipment on them.
