Ikea Kvartal window covering, end clips, strengthened

Ikea Kvartal clips kept breaking, these have more material where it matters. the "other end" file has the engaging point for the blinds adjusted so they span a greater distance when they are covering the window (but if the the clip is installed pointing the other direction it should be similar to the original design). scale up x10 when importing to slicer (the stl had a x10 factor wrong due to the mm vs. cm conversion)
