Vise Clamp With Detachable Grips

This a vise created for a 3D printer class competition. It was printed using the Tronxy X3A. It consists of a 3D printed fixed jaw base, sliding jaw, detachable grips, screw knob, and base plate. The vise uses a 4” long ¼-20 bolt, nut, and washer. I wrapped the head of the ¼-20 bolt with modeling tape and pressed the head of the bolt into the recessed portion of the screw knob. I deliberately oversized the recess on the knob, and wrapping the bolt head ensured a tight fit on the knob. I then ins
