E3D v6 adapter for ThingiBox ION

E3D v6 adapter for [ThingiBox ION](http://store.thingibox.com/en/prusa-i3-ion/312-Prusa_i3_ION_complete_kit.html).

Extruder fan needs to be assembled upside down.

I modified some parameters untill the piece fitted tightly.

Previous version slipped to the right.
- Position of extruder has been rised a little bit.
- A little nub added por a better attachemnt.
- Handle added for a better pull grip.
- Piece leg's rounded for an easy insert.
