LCD display adapter - AM8 & AM8 VARIANT

This is a Display case and bracket for the Anet AM8 or Anet AM8 Variant and perhaps for other machines that use 2040 Extrusion and will not interfere with the Y-Tensioner mounted on top of the front Extrusion.
