Prusa i3 z endStop

This is a remix of flyingferret`s end stop to suit my Prusa i3

attaches to the top of the stepper motor with some longer m3 bolts

Adjusted dimensions and basically added a box to house the Z axis micro switch, adjustment is made via the M3 bolt which is situated in the x carriage
