Prusa MK1 Extruder redesign

In trying to improve my Original Prusa MK1 3D printer, I have purchased a real E3D V6 Full extruder upgrade. To house the E3D V6 Full, I have initially used the Prusa MK2 extruder parts. But I was not satisfied, so I have decided to improve on the MK2 extruder parts design. My initial goal was to improve visibility of the parts on the bed and this has resulted in other improvements.
