First the important details:
The diameter of circle is 20.40 mm which is basically designed for PVC tube. Those can be found in most hardware stores. If there is no ability to buy it. You can print it for sure.
The size of bottom attachment to printer is 45 mm in long and 5 mm thick (basically 45x5).
By the importance of this simple design you just need only 1 file to print 2 Spool holder arms and you can use it on any printer as long as measurements fits your printer size.
