These are my own drawings using Creo Para, they are proven fits. The Y axis belt tensioner will need a fine filing on dovetail and silicone spray to assist final fit. Use at least 30% infill here.
For the molds I use RTV 345c silicone from autoshops, ensure male section to bucket is vertical and square to base.
