Fast Print Prusa i3 MK2 Spool Holder

This remix of this spool holder prints much faster and is much stronger. All parts (except the rollers) print in the X/Y axes. By minimising the Z height hours can be shaved off the print time and there are massive advantages to strength for the Filament guid and the threaded rod.

The filament guide should be a press fit into one of the Spool holder frames but a little acetone can be used to glue/fuse it in place.
