Fans mount for Robo3D with roller bearings mod

This is a much better fan than I originally posted with the x and Y roler bearing mod. found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2072031 and here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047143
If you did this mod then this will still snap right in. Although tightly (this time) . moved the connecting braces up and out so it doesn't get heated by the hotend and also gives a better view of the parts being printed. Also added wire runs to both sides.
