Improved Anti Backlash Nut in OpenSCAD

This anti backlash nut is based on a previous design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2634333) and nuts I bought for the HyperCube Evolution (see these nuts in the custom bracket I created here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630802)

This update includes some grooves in the main part and some counter fitting edges in the small (spring loaded) nut to prevent movement of the nut.
